✨ What You’ll Be Doing
Every day brings something new! Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting customers by answering questions via email, phone, and Microsoft Teams
- Processing orders, forms, and requests quickly and accurately
- Resolving customer issues or complaints in a professional and helpful way
- Using tools such as SAP and SharePoint to manage daily tasks
✨ What Makes You a Great Fit
- Mother tongue (C2) French language skills
- Confident English communication skills
- Previous experience in a corporate environment, preferably in service support, logistics,supply chain, project coordination, or operations
- Experience working with SAP is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Outlook
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Fast learner with a proactive and independent mindset
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic international environment
