Key Accountabilities :

- Perform accounts payable processes, including invoice checking & processing (2way & 3way), vendor reconciliation, resolve vendor queries.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices. Timely response to queries raised by internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and address inquiries related to accounts payable.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to streamline AP/GL workflows, enhance efficiency, and strengthen internal controls.
- Maintain documentation and records in accordance with audit requirements and best practices.
- Stay updated on accounting regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance and contribute to continuous process enhancement.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:

Essential:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting
- Effective communication (fluent in English) and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in shipping/logistics company

Desirable:

- Familiarity with NAV
