Technical Engineering Support ( TES ) is an engineering firm established over 30 years ago, specializing in test coordination and industrial commissioning . TES also assists its clients with their participation in design studies and the coordination of industrial equipment assembly .
As part of our activities, we have a position available for a Construction manager piping (m/f) on the Hinkley-Point EPR project in the UK .
Your role will be:
- To second the Overall Construction Manager for the designated scope.
- To second the contract manager for the designtaed scope
- Owning and delivering the piping scope as per strategy
- Managing the piping team and sub-contractor
- Implementing company rules at site
- Daily, weekly and monthly monitoring of the activity
- Implement LEAN tools
- Lean management, reporting and REX on execution
Requirements
Qualifications
- Engineering Degree (or Equivalent)
- Relevant Professional Accreditation (PM, Construction, Engineering)
Experience
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience of coordinating a team in a construction environment
- Proven track record in nuclear power preferred
- Experience working on major construction projects
- Experienced in delivering and operating at an Engineer or Senior Engineer level, including experience working within Joint Ventures
