About the role:
You will join the AITSM (Agile IT Service Management) team within SEB Technology. Our team maintains and evolves Jira, Confluence, and the MyRequest Portal—a platform visited daily by almost all SEB employees. We are currently embarking on a major strategic journey: evaluating and migrating our massive Data Center ecosystem to Atlassian SaaS Cloud. In this role, you will initially focus on providing high-quality Jira support and operational incident handling. As you onboard and our Cloud journey progresses, you will step up to become one of our System Administrators, directly shaping how we administer, secure, and optimize our new SaaS Cloud environment.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Support & Incident Handling : Act as a key point of contact for end-user support, request and incident resolution across Jira, Confluence, and MyRequest
- SaaS Cloud Transition : Participate in the cloud evaluation, testing, and eventual migration from Data Center to Atlassian SaaS Cloud.
- System Administration : Gradually take ownership of application configurations, user access/security management, and workflow updates in both DC and Cloud environments.
- Continuous Improvement : Identify automation opportunities, optimize system performance, and improve technical documentation for end-users and team members.
You’ll be the right fit if you have/are:
- Experience in IT Support and Systems Administration : Hands-on experience supporting web applications, cloud-based SaaS systems, or enterprise IT infrastructure.
- Atlassian Experience : Working knowledge of Jira and Confluence (cloud-based experience or Atlassian certifications are a major plus).
- Technical Aptitude : Familiarity with basic scripting, APIs, or server environments (Linux/Windows).
- A proactive and positive team player.
- Eager to learn and willing to take ownership.
- Enjoy working in an Agile way.
- Up for a challenge and ready to suggest new ideas.
- Fluent and ready to work in English.

The above indicated range is the monthly salary range for this position before tax deduction. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
