Your Role as a Lead Technician :
- Maximize Productivity : Lead by example and set daily performance goals for your team.

What We’re Looking For :
- 5+ Years of Experience : Strong mechanical diagnosis and leadership experience.
- Proactive Leadership : A natural leader with a commitment to continuous improvement and team success.
- Certification and Learning : ASE certification is a plus, but we value real-world experience and a passion for learning.
