Description
Dive into the heart of real estate lending as Lima One Capital's Underwriting Intern, supporting both the Residential Transition Lending (RTL) underwriting teams (Core and Strategic Accounts) and the Multifamily underwriting team. You'll gain hands-on exposure to underwriting workflows across two distinct lending businesses, jumping into process improvement, systems and SOP support, client coordination, deal management, and financial analysis. Reporting to the Underwriting Manager, you'll see firsthand how credit decisions get made and what it takes to move deals forward in a fast-paced, regulated environment. If you're a student fascinated by real estate finance, credit underwriting, and the operational engine behind a lending business, this is your chance to learn by doing and make a real impact.
