JOB PURPOSE

PAY RANGE

32 000,00 - 40 000,00 - 48 000,00 EUR Annual

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Technicien de Maintenance de classification D7 de la convention collective nationale de la métallurgie.

Définition générale de l'emploi :

Le technicien de maintenance assure les interventions de maintenance curative et préventive pour contribuer à la disponibilité des moyens avec des compétences techniques sur toutes les technologies spécifiques avec de la méthodologie de diagnostic.

Missions :

1. Assurer le dépannage et le redémarrage des équipements :

- Rechercher et exploiter toutes les informations nécessaires au diagnostic ( Exemple : historique GMAO, cahier de consignes, relevé SPC, …).
- Réaliser les interventions de maintenance curative allant jusqu’au niveau 3 ou 4 sur l’ensemble des équipements liées à la production.
- Enregistrer les éléments du diagnostic et intervenir sur les supports appropriés.
- Communiquer les détails de l'intervention auprès des acteurs concernés (régleurs, superviseurs, etc...).
- Alerter sur tous dysfonctionnements détectés lors de l’intervention (exemple : documentation non à jour, rupture d’approvisionnement, écart conformité sur les équipements,…).

2. Appliquer le plan de maintenance préventive/prédictive :

- Réaliser sur l’ensemble des équipements liés à la production, les ordres de travail sans arrêt de production.
- Rédiger le compte-rendu d’intervention et proposer toutes améliorations du plan de maintenance préventive, des gammes et/ou plan de maintenance.
- Appliquer les gammes/les plans de maintenance préventive/prédictive
- Alerter sur tous dysfonctionnements des gammes/les modes opératoires si besoin.
- Enregistrer les éléments d’intervention sur les supports appropriés.

3. Participer aux démarches et actions d’amélioration :

- Participer aux différents chantiers de revues techniques et groupes de travail.
- Proposer et contribuer à la mise en place des actions d’améliorations de la disponibilité des équipements.
- Former ses collègues de travail.

4. Nouveaux équipements/évolution de l’équipement :

- Participer à la réception des équipements et à la montée en volume de production.
- Participer à la validation de la documentation et aux outillages de maintenance nécessaires.

Compétences spécifiques attendues :

- Anglais : Notions.
- Connaissances en informatique : Notions.
- Se montrer organisé et rigoureux.
- Habilitation électrique BR.
