Duties

- Prepare a variety of beverages including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks following established recipes and standards.

- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, answering questions about menu items, and ensuring their needs are met promptly.

- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, in compliance with food safety standards.

- Assist in food handling and beverage service to ensure quality presentation and timely delivery.

- Support team members during busy periods by managing multiple tasks such as serving drinks, cleaning workspaces, and restocking supplies.

Experience

- Previous barista experience or food service background is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is key!

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests.

- Experience in food handling, beverage preparation, or café environments is advantageous.

- Good time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours.

- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper sanitation procedures to ensure a safe environment for all.
