Coordinator, Commercial Learning Content

The Coordinator, Commercial Learning Content contributes to the Commercial Enablement Team by developing and sustaining learning content that supports the delivery of our commercial strategy across property and corporate teams. Working with subject matter experts (SMEs), business stakeholders, and external vendors, this role translates business needs into engaging, practical learning experiences and change assets. The role works closely with the Coordinator, Commercial Learning Delivery to support learning delivery, learner experience, and post-launch evaluation. Reporting to the Manager, Commercial Capabilities, the role contributes to the execution and evolution of the Capabilities Strategy and Roadmap, with a focus on high-quality learning content, continuous improvement, and business impact.

The Coordinator, Commercial Learning Content brings a strong foundation in instructional design and adult learning, with the ability to translate business requirements into clear, engaging, and practical learning solutions across multiple formats. The role requires strong project management, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, along with high attention to detail and a commitment to quality and timelines. Proficiency with modern eLearning authoring tools, LMS platforms, and Microsoft Office is required.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Learning Content Development

- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and external partners to translate field- and corporate- level business needs into structured learning paths and instructional design artifacts (e.g., objectives, storyboards).
- Lead end-to-end development of high-quality learning and performance-support content across multiple modalities, including eLearning, virtual and live learning materials, job aids, onboarding, and career pathing resources.
- Apply adult learning and instructional design principles to ensure content is engaging, practical, and supports on-the-job application.
- Coordinate content reviews, pilots, and testing cycles, incorporating feedback to strengthen learning quality and effectiveness prior to launch.
- Lead project management for learning content development workstreams, including vendor and SME coordination, governance, and invoicing.
- Evolve and improve learning content on an ongoing basis using feedback, engagement insights, and business input to maximize and sustain impact.

Learning Delivery & Improvement

- Partner with the Coordinator, Commercial Learning Delivery to publish and sustain learning content on FS Learning, ensuring correct configuration, versioning, and a seamless learner experience.
- Partner with the Coordinator, Commercial Learning Delivery to ensure content is marketed, scheduled, and delivered on schedule.
- Partner with the Coordinator, Commercial Learning Delivery to provide learner guidance and help troubleshoot LMS or content access issues.
- Partner with the Coordinator, Commercial Learning Delivery to support reporting / insights to assess engagement and inform content improvements.
- Collaborate with the Manager, Commercial Capabilities Delivery to assess evolving business needs and identify opportunities to enhance the Capabilities Strategy and Roadmap.

Change Enablement Content Development

- Support the development of enablement assets for field and corporate change initiatives, including written communications, SOPs, FAQs, training presentations, roll-out toolkits, and leadership messaging guides.
- Collaborate with the Manager, Commercial Capabilities Delivery to package content for coordinated rollout in alignment with the overall change strategy.

What You Bring:

- Post-secondary degree; Instructional design certification preferred.
- 3–5 years of progressive experience developing learning content across live, virtual, and written formats.
- Experience with learning content authoring and LMS tools is required.
- Familiarity with Articulate (Rise 360) and Docebo is an asset.
- Hospitality or travel industry experience is an asset but not required.

- Basic LMS publishing and administration skills; Docebo knowledge is an asset
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Email, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Awareness of emerging L&D technologies, with an understanding of responsible AI application to improve efficiency
- Basic change management capabilities

Annual Base Salary Range: $60,000 – $75,000 CAD + additional rewards as part of the total compensation package.

This role will be a Hybrid working model, which will require 3 days per week in the Four Seasons Corporate Office located at 1165 Leslie Street, Toronto, Ontario #LI-Hybrid
