Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree.
10+ years of experience supporting DoD, DON, Federal Government, or similarly complex organizations.
3+ years of experience leading teams, programs, or organizational initiatives.
Demonstrated experience managing personnel, priorities, workloads, and deliverables.
Experience in workforce development, organizational management, change management, strategic planning, or process improvement.
Experience developing policies, SOPs, guidance, training, or strategic communications.
Experience working directly with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
Strong written, verbal, analytical, and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Active Secret clearance or higher.
Desired Skills:
Navy, CNIC, NAVFAC, DLA, or broader DoD experience.
Navy Real Property, facilities, or asset accountability experience.
Real Property audit readiness and internal controls experience.
Workforce planning or organizational realignment experience.
Enterprise training and workforce development experience.
POM/resource planning experience.
Change management or organizational transformation experience.
Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office.
Master's degree or relevant professional certification.
At Significance, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role, level, and geographic location.
We carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including but not limited to experience; job-related skill sets; relevant education or training; and other business and organizational needs. The salary range listed is for the level at which this job has been scoped. In the event that you are considered for a different level, a higher or lower pay range would apply. This position is also eligible for a comprehensive and generous benefits package.
