Job Title: Front Desk and Office Coordinator Job Description This role is crucial in creating a welcoming and professional office environment while ensuring the seamless operation of day-to-day activities. As the first point of contact for visitors and employees, you will be instrumental in providing exceptional customer service and support. Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests, clients, and employees as they arrive, ensuring a high level of customer service and hospitality.
- Serve as the face of the office, maintaining a positive and professional atmosphere at the front desk.
- Coordinate and support internal meetings, events, and office gatherings, including scheduling, logistics, and catered lunches.
- Manage conference room reservations and assist with overall meeting coordination.
- Support office operations through calendar management, schedule coordination, and administrative organization.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, shipping, and package distribution, including FedEx and postage meter processing.
- Partner with regional hub offices and internal support teams to efficiently address office needs and requests.
- Assist with administrative projects, reporting, and office support activities as needed.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.
Essential Skills
- Strong customer service, hospitality, or front desk experience.
- Experience in event planning and meeting coordination.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized while managing various administrative and office support responsibilities.
- Professional, welcoming demeanor with a passion for creating a positive office experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Teams.
- Ability to engage effectively with vendors and employees.
- Experience in client service hospitality is a plus.
Work Environment This is a fully in-office role, operating Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. Punctuality is important as the doors auto-unlock at 8am. The office supports approximately 150-200 employees with moderate daily traffic of 10-15 visitors and associates

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
