Lab Technician

Lab Technician Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Lab Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will work in a laboratory setting, utilizing a fume hood for mixing chemicals for titration tests. The role involves pulling samples from CNC machines to test for quality and ensuring all processes adhere to quality assurance standards. Responsibilities

- Mix chemicals for titration tests using a fume hood.
- Pull samples from CNC machines to bring to the lab for quality testing.
- Utilize ERP systems for data management and reporting.
- Perform quality assurance and quality control tasks in the laboratory.
- Assist in filling schedule gaps when other lab technicians are unavailable.

Essential Skills

- Experience or coursework in chemistry.
- Knowledge of quality assurance and quality control processes.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Familiarity with ERP systems.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

- Experience with chemical mixing.
- Computer skills for effective data management.

Work Environment This position operates on a 2x2x3 schedule from 5:30 AM to 5:30 PM. The manufacturing floor is hot, dirty, and loud, where samples are collected. However, the laboratory is climate-controlled and clean. Employees enjoy monthly lunches and a flexible schedule with numerous days of

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
