Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Execution:
Direct full lifecycle project delivery for commercial, industrial, or institutional HVAC/MEP installations.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules, milestone targets, and cash flow forecasts.
- Financial & Subcontractor Management:
Oversee project budgets, negotiate vendor and subcontractor contracts, and manage change orders.
- Lead value engineering initiatives to optimize costs while maintaining strict design and energy efficiency requirements.
- Design & Field Coordination:
Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and general contractors to review design drawings and resolve spatial conflicts (often via BIM/Revit coordination).
- Conduct routine site inspections to monitor installation quality, progress, and adherence to safety guidelines.
- Compliance & Commissioning:
Ensure all mechanical and plumbing installations comply with local building codes, ASHRAE standards, and safety regulations.
- Supervise testing, startup, and system commissioning phases prior to client handover.

Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of commercial HVAC systems, piping layouts, plumbing, and mechanical design principles.
- Software Proficiency: Familiarity with project management tools, scheduling software (MS Project, Primavera), and basic plan reading/BIM software (AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks).
- Core Competencies: Strong leadership, conflict resolution, risk assessment, and communication skills to interface between technical field crews and executive stakeholders.
