Job Description Summary: Are you ready to jumpstart your career with a summer internship at Tyson Foods? The Sensory Science Intern will support Tyson Foods' sensory team in evaluating product quality, consumer acceptance, and product innovation initiatives. This role provides hands-on experience in planning and executing sensory studies, preparing product samples, collecting and analyzing data, and communicating insights to cross-functional teams. Interns will collaborate with product development, culinary, and consumer insights teams to help drive product decisions and enhance the consumer experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Education : Incoming junior, senior, or higher education with at least one semester of school remaining. Pursuing a degree in Food Science, Sensory Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience : Previous work experience in any field is preferred. Work experience within the internship discipline is strongly preferred but not required.
- Computer Skills : Strong computer skills with a working knowledge of Excel, familiarity with Access, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Special Skills : Ability to multitask, motivated self-starter, and collaborative.
