This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and flexible senior level Project Manager to work in an agile company with market leading products. Reporting to the European Project Delivery Manager, the focus of this role is to lead and manage European projects to meet/exceed customer expectations and ensure technical and commercial project success.
Your key responsibilities / Náplň Vaší práce:
- Successfully lead and manage projects within the Europe, the Middle East, and Africa
- Accepting full responsibility for delivery of projects from initiation to completion. Reviews the project proposal and plans timeframe, procedures for accomplishing the projects, staffing requirements and allocation of available resources to various phases of the projects
- P & L responsibility with associated commercial and financial accountability including revenue and margin delivery, budget and forecasting determination, risk and opportunities reviews.
- Negotiates changes to project scope or specification with the customer, follows change management process to identify and approve modifications to scope, cost, schedule, and quality
- Maintain agreed company systems that minimise technical and commercial risk for projects
- Pursue and develop opportunities for innovation, such as digitalisation and technology use, work share to bring value to Wyma and Wyma customers.
- Guides and directs a multidiscipline team (layout engineers, design engineers, project engineers, electrical and automation engineers, service technicians) which may include external specialists and involve staff from multiple offices and sites.
- Responsible for ensuring project team members are competent to carry out assigned duties.
- Stands up for ethical behaviour and compliance with applicable laws and policies
To be successful in the role you will have: / Abyste byli ve své roli úspěšní máte:
- An appropriate mechanical engineering qualification, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience as Project Manager.
- Strong computer skills including 3D modelling software (Autodesk Inventor, Solidworks)
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a multi-tasking environment.
- Strong numeracy and data analysis skills.
- Be flexible, dynamic, open to change and variety in the workplace.
- Demonstrable ability to foster collaborative working relationships.
- Experience with project management systems and practises.
- Experience working in an international B2B environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with English a prerequisite and other languages being real benefit.
