About this role

Kepler Interactive is a collective of creatives working together to bring bold, beautiful ideas and experiences to life. We believe in empowering creativity, championing diverse voices, and shaping what’s next in interactive entertainment.

Creativity is at the core of everything we do, it’s the backbone of how we work. We back artistic vision, push boundaries, and believe in doing things differently.

We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to take ownership of marketing strategy and execution across multiple games within our portfolio, including early access, live service and back catalogue titles. You’ll have a deep understanding of the nuance of the video game marketing landscape, alongside a genuine well-formed appreciation of culture and how video games interact with other parts of the cultural spectrum.

This is a broad role for someone who can move comfortably between creative thinking, commercial decision-making and data. You’ll understand how to build and execute a marketing plan, but just as importantly, how to interrogate its performance and change direction when something isn’t working.

Experience working on live service projects and early access launches is highly desired . You’ll understand that launching a game is only one moment in its lifecycle, and know how to build marketing strategies that continue to engage players, support growth and create momentum over time.

Success in this role looks like:

- Building clear, effective marketing strategies that connect creative ambition with audience and commercial goals.
- Using data to understand performance, communicate ROI and make better decisions about where we focus our time and investment.
- Creating sustained momentum around games beyond launch, particularly across, early access, live service and back catalogue titles.
- Giving the people you manage clarity, ownership and direct, useful feedback that helps them do their best work.

What you’ll do

- Own marketing strategy, planning and execution across multiple games and projects.
- Develop and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns spanning positioning, audience, campaigns, channels and ongoing player engagement.
- Lead marketing thinking for live service, early access and back catalogue titles, identifying opportunities to acquire, engage and retain players throughout the lifecycle of a game.
- Clearly communicate marketing performance and ROI to stakeholders and partner studios.
- Work closely with Creative, Social, PR, Production, studios and external partners to bring integrated campaigns to life.
- Balance multiple games and priorities, making clear decisions about where focus and resource will have the greatest impact.
- Identify opportunities within our back catalogue and develop marketing approaches that give great games a longer life.
- Manage and develop team members, setting clear expectations and providing confident, direct and constructive feedback.
- Challenge established thinking where needed and create space to experiment with different approaches.

Priority Skills

- A marketing generalist able to work across the full media mix from PR, to influencers, paid media and CRM.
- Experience working within a publisher, studio or similar portfolio rich environment.
- Experience working with back catalogue titles and identifying opportunities beyond the initial launch window is highly advantageous.
- Comfortable operating with significant ownership and a broad scope.
- Able to make decisions with imperfect information and adapt quickly as circumstances change.
- A confident people manager who gives clear, direct and constructive feedback.
- Brings an indie mindset and appetite for experimentation, alongside experience of operating at meaningful scale.

Key requirements

- Significant experience in product marketing or a similarly broad marketing role, ideally with some experience across broader culture and entertainment brands.
- Knowledge and experience of working with marketing tools on gaming platforms (including but not limited to Steam).
- Proven experience marketing and growing live service games.
- Experience owning marketing strategy and execution across multiple products or projects simultaneously.
- Experience working across the full marketing mix rather than within a single specialist channel.
- Previous people management experience.

Kindness: We believe how we treat people matters. We empower and uplift with clarity and honesty.
