Were hiring RNs to complete in-home health assessments —no bedside care, no med passes, no chaos. Just one-on-one time with patients and your clinical judgment doing what it does best.
What Youll Do:
- Perform in-home health assessments (history, meds, assess patients for in home support needed)
- Document findings using provided equipment
- Identify health risks and gaps in care
- Build quick rapport with patients
What You Wont Do:
- No hands-on care
- No meds
- No ongoing case management

The Details:
- Hours: YOU choose your schedule
- Paid 5-day remote training
- Equipment provided
- Duration: 12-week contracts with options to extend!
Requirements:
- Active RN license (CT)
- 1+ year home health clinical experience
- Reliable transportation & Valid Drivers License (A MUST)
