Réduire le taux de résiliation en augmentant la satisfaction de nos clients par rapport à nos prestations sur le chantier.

Maitriser l’exécution de l’activité de la maintenance et réduire le temp improductif en réduisant le taux moyen des heures d’entretien par unité.

Rentabiliser l’activité de la maintenance en agissant sur la qualité de l’entretien pour réduire le cout du matériel par appareil.

Excellence Opérationnelle :

Assurer la couverture des appareils sous contrat selon le planning de visite périodique de maintenance est primordiale pour la bonne santé de notre portefeuille et pour le respect des conditions contractuel.

Baisser le taux de pannes à un niveau acceptable par la proactivité des interventions lors des visites de maintenance, la réactivité lors de détection de problème particuliers, et le suivi dans le but de baisser le taux d’appareil critique et Rebels, pour hausser la satisfaction de nos clients, Page 2 of 3

Efficacité Organisationnelle :

Contrôler le nombre d’interventions par panne, en augmentant l’efficacité des interventions, et ainsi réduire le cout horaire par appareil. :

Augmenter le taux de disponibilité de nos appareils en réduisant au maximum la durée d’arrêt par panne et ainsi le taux d’arrêt par appareil.

Mettre en place une bonne planification pour accélérer l’exécution des commandes S et T dans les délais impartis.
