About this role
We are looking for a Compliance Analyst to help keep that operation running across Latin America: reviewing alerts, supporting monitoring and testing, and preparing the reports and documentation that keep our program effective and defensible. This role sits at the intersection of anti-money laundering, consumer protection, ethics, and the broader compliance framework, and it is where a compliance professional builds the foundations of a strong regional career.
You will execute the day-to-day compliance operation independently on routine tasks, and take on more complex work with the support and supervision of the Compliance Officer and senior colleagues. You will support the program at local, regional, and global levels, partnering with compliance teams and business stakeholders across six markets. The work is varied and demanding, and it rewards proficiency, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to keep learning.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role. You are expected to bring initiative and sound judgment, to flag issues and propose solutions, and to grow steadily toward greater independence and ownership. Strategic direction and final accountability rest with the Compliance Officer.
This position reports to the Compliance Officer & MLRO.
Main challenges:
- Raise the visual quality bar of the products and surfaces they work on, with a strong focus on typography, layout, spacing, components, and overall polish.
- Work across multiple platforms and surfaces — mobile native experiences (iOS/Android) and web — rather than being focused on only one platform.
- Balance visual excellence with UX, business goals, and product performance .
- Work in a cross-functional environment with Product, Engineering, and Marketing, requiring strong communication and stakeholder management.
- Build or improve experiences where existing design patterns may not always be available, requiring the designer to create polished components and surfaces from scratch.
- Demonstrate seniority by presenting, explaining, and defending design decisions with confidence.
- Continue evolving their workflow through AI tools, prototyping, research, and experimentation .
Requirements
- Must-have: Extensive Figma experience; UX fluency; user research methodologies; Design Systems; strong visual design; presentation skills in English and Spanish; business/metrics fluency; AI fluency and prototyping.
- Platform experience: Experience designing for native iOS and Android , as well as desktop/web platforms.
- Additional: Experience creating and maintaining scalable design systems; prototyping; analytics/metrics; ability to understand or work with product/business queries and data; AI tools integrated into their design workflow.
- Nice-to-have: Branding/brand assets, illustration/vector skills, experience in a branding or design studio.
- Experience implementing AI in workflows and business processes.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
