Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and prioritize FP&A process improvement and automation opportunities
- Develop and implement automation and AI solutions
- Improve forecasting, reporting, variance analysis and other recurring FP&A processes
- Develop scalable solutions that can be used across FP&A teams
- Support and coach FP&A colleagues in using automation and AI tools
- Promote best practices and knowledge sharing across the FP&A community
- Partner with Finance, IT and Data teams where required
- Track improvement initiatives and their business impact

Candidate Profile

- 8+ years of experience
- Strong understanding of FP&A processes including the development and analysis of financial reports and budgets
- Experience in process improvement, automation or analytics
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, Excel, SQL or Python
- Strong interest and practical experience in generative AI and AI-enabled workflows
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively identify opportunities
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams and regions
