Position Overview:
The Senior Director, Cloud Solutions will lead Xerox IT Solutions’ Solutions & Services Group (SSG) across the US and Canada, driving strategy, execution, and delivery within the Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) business. This executive will be responsible for shaping and scaling our professional and managed services portfolio, optimizing delivery operations, and accelerating growth across multi-cloud environments.
The ideal candidate is a strategic, visionary leader with deep experience in cloud solution strategy, partner ecosystem management, and service delivery transformation. This individual will play a key role in strengthening Xerox IT Solutions’ position as a premier provider of modern cloud and managed IT services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the end-to-end strategy for Xerox IT Solutions’ professional and managed services within the CSP ecosystem, aligning with corporate objectives and partner programs (Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, etc.).
- CSP & Cloud Growth: Drive expansion of the CSP portfolio—including cloud migration, modernization, security, and managed services— to deliver measurable client value and operational scalability.
- P&L Ownership: Accountable for the overall financial performance of the Microsoft CSP business, including revenue, gross margin, profitability, forecasting, and growth.
- Portfolio Development: Lead the definition and evolution of solution offerings across infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and collaboration technologies to meet evolving client demands.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee delivery operations, resource planning, and project execution to ensure quality, efficiency, and profitability across all engagements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with leaders in Engineering, Solution Architecture, Business Development, and Program Management to optimize resource utilization, forecasting, and delivery capabilities.
- Client Engagement: Serve as executive sponsor for key client relationships, ensuring service excellence, retention, and long-term strategic growth.
- Partner Ecosystem Management: Strengthen and expand strategic relationships with cloud providers and technology partners to maximize program alignment and joint growth opportunities.
- Innovation & Enablement: Champion modernization of service models, delivery frameworks, and enablement programs to ensure agility and continuous improvement across teams.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Professional Services, Managed Services, or Cloud Solution Provider organizations.
- 10+ years' experience in Microsoft Ecosystem
- Proven track record leading large-scale cloud delivery and go-to-market strategies in a CSP environment.
- Deep understanding of cloud ecosystems (Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and partner program operations.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience managing P&L, budgets, and operational performance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational development skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
