Our mission of proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ and equipping believers for ministry drives everything we do. So, no matter the position, everyone impacts and drives our mission forward. We are a highly relational staff who knows how to take breaks, get to know each other, and have fun while working hard together. Our heart as we pursue our mission is to serve God and those around us well. That means our guests and campers, but it also means each other.

About the role:
As a Camp Grounds Barista, you’ll make drinks, chat with campers and guests, keep things running smoothly, and help make Camp Grounds a fun and welcoming part of their time at New Life Ranch. Some days will be busy, some will be slower, and you’ll probably get to know a lot of people along the way.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and serve coffee, drinks, and other Camp Grounds items.
- Provide friendly, attentive service to campers, guests, and staff.
- Keep Camp Grounds clean, stocked, and ready for customers.
- Work weekday and weekend shifts based on the Camp Grounds schedule.
- Help create an environment that is welcoming, fun, and reflective of the New Life Ranch experience.
- Work as part of a team to serve our guests well and contribute to the mission of New Life Ranch.
Who We’re Looking For
Someone who is friendly, dependable, hardworking, and enjoys working with people. Barista experience is helpful but not required—we’ll teach you what you need to know!
