About this role

Turn great consultations into great outcomes.

Are you a sales leader who can walk into a consultation room and feel the difference between a patient who’s “just looking” and one who’s ready to commit — and knows exactly how to close that gap? We’re looking for a Sales Development Manager to own the entire consultation-to-close journey at our fast-growing, multi-location plastic surgery and aesthetic organization.

This isn’t a back-office sales-ops role. You’ll be in the room, coaching our aestheticians and injectors in real time — turning natural clinical talent into confident, consultative providers. You’ll build the playbook, train the team, and drive the cross-selling and retention strategy across our service lines. If you love building structure and you have a genuine feel for the patient experience, this is your seat.

Role and Responsibilities

- The full clinical consultative journey — build, refine, and own the process from first inquiry through consultation, close, and follow-up.

- Frontline coaching — shadow aestheticians and injectors, sharpen their consultative selling and objection-handling skills, and help them present treatment plans with confidence, not pressure.

- Training that sticks — design and run ongoing sales training programs.

- Cross-selling strategy — spot and execute opportunities across surgical, injectable, aesthetic, and retail service lines.

- Retention that lasts — build programs that keep patients engaged and coming back.

- Data-driven performance — track conversion, cross-sell, and retention metrics by provider and location, and turn insights into action.

- Marketing partnership — collaborate on promotions that drive bookings and support sales goals.

- Accountability — set individual and team sales targets and create individual and team accountability.

You’ll join a fast-growing, multi-location practice known for redefining facial aesthetics and setting the bar for patient experience. This role comes with real ownership over how we sell and retain patients — plus a competitive base and performance incentives that reward the results you drive.

Qualifications

- 3–5 years of sales experience with a proven record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets.

- Experience in aesthetics, medical spa, or elective healthcare strongly preferred.

- A track record of coaching and motivating clinical or client-facing teams.

- Fluency with sales and CRM data — you diagnose gaps and drive decisions with numbers, not guesses.

- A polished, patient-centered communication style built for a high-touch, premium practice.

- A self-starter’s instinct for building processes from scratch and bringing structure to a growing organization.
