Option 1 - from 1st January 2028 until 31st December 2028, max 2000 working hours

Required Security Clearance: NATO SECRET

Scope of Work

- Plans Deployable Communication and lnformation System (DCIS) maintenance within the area of responsibility with emphasis on future NATO Signal Battalion operations.
- Coordinates the Lcgistic strategic focus performed by Logistic support Section, and plans Section area of responsibility within operational focus in order to accomplish the NATO Signal Battalions' current and future tasks.
- Coordinates the management of CIS Static equipment of the NSB.
- Assesses the maintenance of NATO Signal Battalion equipment.
- Co-ordinates logistics functions in accordance with ACO and Battalion Directives.
- ln the provision of the required services the contractor will be requested to drive the vehicle, up to 3,5 tones, with passengers, load for long distances.

Background, Work Site lnformation and Environment: NCISG 3 NSB HQ is located in Bydgoszcz, Poland and co-located with Polish Military Unit in a typical Secure Facility. The services will be required during the NSB normal working hours. Normal office working conditions apply.

Quality Assurance: A formal monthly meeting between the individual providing the services and the supervisor/alternative will be scheduled in order to evaluate performance. Monthly Execution Report and Timesheet.

Requirements

Skills, Knowledge & Experience:

- The candidate must have a currently active NATO SECRET security clearance
- Secondary education and completed advanced vocational training leading to a professional qualification or professional accreditation with 3 years post related experience.
- Knowledge of management and maintenance of CIS equipment and integrated logistic support.
- Experience with G|S-related logistic strategic focus.
- Language: English: Listening, speaking, reading and writing shall be at a NATO level of English 3322 (STANAG 6001). The work both oral and written in the post and in the Headquarter as a whole is conducted mainly in English.

Desirable Experience and Education:

- Experience in NATO working environment or other international organizations.
- 2 years'experience in management and maintenance of DCIS equipment.
- NOSS experience.
- ITSM knowledge.
- Driving license B.
