We are seeking a talented Administrative Associate - Level IV to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Cummins in San Luis Potosí, S.L.P.
Job Summary:
Acts as an extension of senior management ensuring a positive customer experience while being the representative of senior management to others. Provides administrative support and performs numerous duties, including scheduling, writing correspondence, emailing, overseeing visitors, routing callers and answering questions and requests.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Provide proactive administrative support to senior leadership by anticipating needs, managing priorities, and ensuring efficient daily operations.
- Prepare, organize, and analyze information for executive communications, presentations, reports, and business documentation.
- Facilitate effective communication between senior management, internal teams, customers, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information, records, and business documentation with discretion and professionalism.
- Support office operations by monitoring administrative processes, managing requests, and ensuring alignment with established procedures.
- Exercise independent judgment to resolve administrative challenges and provide solutions that improve efficiency.
- Serve as a resource for colleagues by sharing knowledge, supporting processes, and promoting effective ways of working.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Intermediate English skills, with the ability to read and understand technical documents and business communications.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office package, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook, to support administrative and business activities.
- Basic understanding of electrical concepts, with the ability to interpret electrical and mechanical drawings and diagrams.
