As an Assistant Marketing, a typical day will include:
- Perform s general office duties to support Sales & Marketing (e.g., filing, sending emails, typing, sending outgoing faxes, delivering incoming faxes, copying, opening, or distributing mail).
- Receive s , record s , and relay s messages accurately, completely, and legibly.
- Promote s awareness of brand image internally and externally.
- Complete s all Daily Checklists and reports and turn s them into management at the end of the shift.
- Provides reporting daily to manager/supervisors.
Guest Experience and Company Standards
- Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needs.
- Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
- Contribute to team goals.
- Always follow company policies and safety procedures.
To Become a n Assistant Marketing :
- Successful candidates will have administrative or customer service experience and interact with others either in person or by phone.
- Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Computer/technical experience preferred.
- Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements.
- Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time .
