- Partner with the Director to develop executive-ready narratives and recommendations that communicate mobile strategy, performance, and roadmap progress.

- Lead and enable the team in delivering a portfolio of high-impact mobile programs by setting clear direction and prioritization guardrails.

- Lead change management for new mobile capabilities, personalization approaches, and ways of working.

- Own the channel-wide testing and learning agenda, including test prioritization, measurement discipline, and insight sharing.

- Act as a mobile and retention thought leader, maintaining a strong external pulse on industry trends, emerging messaging capabilities, and privacy considerations.

- Partner closely with Retention Technical Operations to ensure mobile platform capabilities and QA standards support the broader mobile strategy.

- Provide strategic oversight of campaign execution in partnership with Retention Marketing Operations to ensure flawless delivery at scale.

What You’ll Bring:

- People management experience, including coaching, prioritizing work, and developing direct reports in a fast-paced environment (2+ years).

- Experience in mobile messaging, app push, SMS/RCS, lifecycle marketing, personalization, and digital marketing (5+ years).

- Strong understanding of retention marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, testing, automation, and lifecycle strategy (4+ years).

- Bachelor's degree required.

- Strong business acumen regarding how retention marketing and mobile messaging drive sales, engagement, loyalty, and lifetime value.

- Ability to lead through ambiguity, prioritize across a broad portfolio, and align cross-functional partners around clear tradeoffs.

- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with high proficiency in Microsoft applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
