JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Schedule: 3pm-11:30pm, 40 hours/week. May include every other weekend and a holiday rotation

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain inventory levels through replenishment, cycle counting, and stock rotation
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments accurately and efficiently
- Pick, prepare, and distribute supply orders to clinical and operational departments
- Monitor inventory locations and resolve stock discrepancies
- Utilize inventory management systems to track supplies and maintain accurate records
- Verify product expiration dates and support inventory quality initiatives
- Communicate inventory shortages, backorders, and supply concerns to leadership
- Partner with customers and team members to ensure timely fulfillment of supply needs
- Follow departmental safety, regulatory, and quality standards
- Support additional supply chain and materials management functions as assigned

Physical Requirements

- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to safely operate material handling equipment as required
- Ability to work in warehouse, storeroom, and healthcare environments

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

- High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred:

- Previous inventory control, materials management, or supply chain experience
