In this position...

- Technical leader in Ford Performance to lead the builds and launch and quality plans for both internal and external suppliers to deliver high quality high performance Mustangs
- Manage team of engineers covering the Plant Vehicle Teams, prototype build and supplier technical assistance.
- Responsible for efficient and timely execution of prototypes for metrics of cost and engineering resources.

You'll have...

- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering required or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
- 15 years experience in product vehicle engineering and plant launches
- Demonstrated problem solving skills.

Even better, you may have...

- Engineering Masters of Science degree or higher
- Working understanding of Functional requirements, failure mode effects, causes, severity and detection methods (DFMEAs)
- Ability to develop clear working level documents and management presentations as well as clear/concise communication skills.
- Ability and willingness to travel to both Ford and supplier domestic and foreign locations.

This position is leadership level 6 and ranges from $115,500-$218,100.

Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
