Essential Responsibilities:

- Monitor inventory levels and identify purchasing needs.

- Generate and issue purchase orders; confirms and coordinates pricing, delivery, and other terms of purchase transaction.

- Evaluates vendors based on price, quality, reliability and capability.

- Ensure that purchasing documents are complete, accurate, and include appropriate and reasonable terms and conditions.

- Maintain pricing histories and other vendor records.

- Track order status to ensure timely delivery.

- Update/communicate with other departments on a component delivery status.

- Set up new vendor accounts and maintain supplier database.

- Maintain filing system.

- Assist in the improvement of department procedures.

- Generate reports from AX and other systems as required.

- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications and Skills:

- Completed Bachelors Degree.

- 1-2 years of experience preferred.

- Fully proficient in MS Office & Outlook.

- D365 experience is a huge plus!

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
