Role Summary:

We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Sales Engineer to drive business growth Poland. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving of the established sales budget for his/her area of competence, building strong customer relationships, and identifying opportunities for the company’s innovative product solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Meeting or exceeding targets in line with regional strategies and management direction.

- Management of the existing customers and search for new customers, through the development of new product applications.

- Supporting the distribution channel to improve sales performance.

- Monitoring the performance of the area of competence from the point of view of the solvency of companies and customers.Identify market opportunities and assess potential for the company’s products.

- Managing reports related to the activities.

- Following and maintaining an ethical behavior.

Qualifications:

- Engineer’s degree (Mechanical/Mechatronics/Industrial Automation Engineering preferred).

- Minimum 2,5 years of experience in technical sales i.e. in following areas: machine tool, industry automation, robotics.

- Fluent in English.

- High-energy, stable, well organized, positive, proactive, self-motivated driven mindset.

- Willingness to be part of long-term project.

- Being comfortable in an international team working environment.

- Willingness to learn (new product, new colleagues, new customers).

- Being open on business travels.

- Valid driver’s license.

- Based in North/West Poland, Poznan area preferred.

Technical Skills:

- Strong understanding of engineering principles.

- Ability to read and interpret technical mechanical drawings and specifications.

- Proficient in industrial product application and troubleshooting.

- CRM software proficiency.

- Ability to conduct technical presentations and product demos.

- Good command of MS Office.
