Reporting to the VP, Data Management, this position is responsible for developing, maintaining and optimizing business intelligence solutions that deliver accurate, relevant and actionable data insights. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into intuitive business intelligence tools, reports and dashboards.
This position partners with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop data models and deliver insightful visualizations and business reports. Additionally, this role ensures data integrity and reporting efficiencies, supporting the continuous improvement of business intelligence tools and processes. This role fosters a data-driven culture, empowering users across the organization to access critical information and make informed, data-driven decisions.
Qualifications Include:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field (or equivalent combination of years of experience with High School diploma/ GED)
- 2+ years experience in BI development, data analytics or a related field
- 2+ years experience working with BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau or similar tools
- 1+ years' experience in the mortgage or financial industry preferred
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced work environment
- Proficient in SQL for data extraction, transformation and analysis
- Familiarity with data modeling techniques and ETL processes for efficient data warehousing
- Solid understanding of data visualization principles and best practices for effective report design
- Solid skills and experience in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

Compensation
- The hiring range for this position is between $135,000.00 to $146,700.00 annually
- This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus
