Job Description & Summary

Your impact ​

- Collaborate with a high-impact team to deliver cloud transformation projects and engage with stakeholders from IT, engineering, and business at renowned clients across various industries such as Technology, Financial Services, Retail & Consumer, Healthcare, and Government Services.​

- Enable clients to leverage cloud technologies by proposing and developing the most suitable cloud-based solutions tailored to clients’ needs.​

- Drive digitization initiatives by designing and implementing scalable, secure, and resilient cloud infrastructures and solutions. Engage in projects involving the hands-on technical development of end-to-end cloud engineering, Infrastructure-as-Code, integrations, CI/CD pipelines, and automation processes.​

- Contribute to the implementation of cloud landing zones, DevSecOps practices, and platform engineering initiatives that accelerate client adoption of the cloud at scale.

- Challenge the status quo, procure necessary information, and devise creative and efficient solutions.​

- Apply and continuously update your knowledge on best practices in cloud technology (DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering), engineering methodologies, consulting strategies, and actively share knowledge within the team.​

Your skill set ​

- Hold a degree (bachelor / master / diploma) in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related discipline.​

- Possess work experience in cloud engineering, infrastructure management, DevOps, or system architecture (including relevant project work or thesis).​

- Hands-on experience and certified in one or more major cloud platforms– Microsoft Azure is preferred, while experience with AWS or Google Cloud is also valuable.

- Practical experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (e.g. Terraform, Bicep, ARM), CI/CD tooling (e.g. Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab), and scripting/programming languages (e.g. PowerShell, Python, Bash).

- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes / AKS), cloud networking, identity (Entra ID), and cloud security fundamentals.

- Exposure to Microsoft's Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF), Well-Architected Framework (WAF) is a plus.

- Interest in adjacent topics such as AI/GenAI on cloud, FinOps, or data platforms is welcome.

- Detail-oriented, strong problem-solving abilities, with excellent interpersonal, listening, and communication skills. Proactive and enthusiastic about fostering value and innovation for clients.​

- You are fluent in English (German is a big plus) and are willing to travel within Switzerland, and occasionally also internationally.
