About this role

Position Summary : Provide professional and confidential support to both the Human Resources department and executive leadership. Responsibilities include HR operations such as recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS management, as well as executive administrative support, including scheduling, legal/compliance related matters, travel coordination, and special events/requests . Serves as a key liaison to external Wilsbach partners, supporting community and company events.

Responsibilities :

- Support People related functions including:, talent acquisition, onboarding, payroll processing, personnel recordkeeping, benefits administration, HRIS data, employee/labor relations, and employee events.

- Assist with administration and maintenance of employee benefits programs and open enrollment processes.

- Support management of employee leave policies (FMLA, ADA, and other leaves).

- Assist with insurance claim processing and tracking as needed.

- Assist with maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.

- Assist with HR projects, employee engagement, and company event coordination.

- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all employee data and records.

- Manage general inquiries from community or retailer partners efficiently and professionally.

- Support leadership team projects, ensuring timely and accurate follow-up on key priorities.

- Maintain organized records for meetings, legal matters, and vendor agreements.

- Collaborate with the Facilities Manager to ensure readiness for company and supplier events.

Organizational Involvement:

- Member of the Wilsbach Wellness and Sustainability team.

- Member of the Wilsbach Safety Team, maintaining records and supporting initiatives.

- Participate in company events, adjusting work schedule as needed.

- Identify and pursue career development goals and training opportunities.

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

- Minimum 1- 2 years of HR or administrative experience; experience with HRIS, ATS, and payroll systems preferred.

- Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws preferred.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
