WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

- Comprehensive knowledge of U.S. GAAP

- Active CPA license

- Confidence communicating financial results and accounting implications to relevant stakeholders

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and partner with management to establish appropriate deadlines

- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally to meet deadlines

- Understanding of internal controls and experience creating process documentation

- 2+ years of experience managing an accounting team

- 8+ years of accounting experience

- Experience using AI tools, such as Microsoft Copilot or similar large language models, to improve efficiency

- Thoughtful approach to collaboration, process design, and decision-making that prioritizes equity, access, and continuous learning

- Commitment to creating inclusive, respectful environments where all voices are valued and supported

BONUS POINTS

- Experience in AdTech industry

- Prior remote work experience

- Prior remote management experience

- Experience using NetSuite

- Experience implementing AI agents or automations into workflows
