What you'll be doing
Our Personalization team helps shape how we deliver meaningful, relevant experiences to clients by advancing the marketing technology capabilities that power personalization at scale. As a Product Owner, you'll set the vision, goals, and roadmap for a large, complex Squad, ensuring your work is aligned to Crew priorities and broader business objectives. You'll own and evolve personalization platform capabilities across customer data, journey orchestration, and personalization tools, translating business and marketing strategies into clear product priorities and actionable delivery plans. You'll manage a complex backlog, lead release planning, and work across Squads and business units to resolve risks, dependencies, and issues that could impact outcomes. You'll build strong partnerships with Marketing, Data & Analytics, Technology, Privacy, Legal, Compliance, and external vendors to deliver strategic value for clients and the business. Through influence, collaboration, and product expertise, you'll also champion best practices and support continuous improvement across the Product Owner community.
At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You'll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you'll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.
