MACHINE MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
JOB SUMMARY:
TH Plastics, Inc., is a custom injection molder serving the appliance and automotive industries, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual for the following position in our Findlay, Ohio Molding Division.
JOB OVERVIEW: Responsible for maintaining and repairing injection molding machines.

SCHEDULE:
- 2nd Shift (3:00pm-11:20pm)
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two-year technical degree in mechanical or electrical maintenance preferred
- Ability to read schematics
- Capable of wiring electrical circuits and performing plumbing installations
- Experience in Injection Molding
- Good communication and able to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong understanding of hydraulic and electrical systems
- Must be willing to work overtime when scheduled
- Previous experience or education in industrial hydraulics, electricity up to 480v, and machinery
- Regular on-site attendance
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
(The following list does not include all duties and responsibilities)
- Maintain and repair injection molding machines ranging from 80T to 1500T
- Maintain all supporting equipment; conveyors, grinders, pneumatic systems, water heaters, etc
- Troubleshoot robots, PLC’s, and vision systems on auxiliary equipment
- Ability to read, understand and work from blueprints
- Construct tooling for robots and manufacturing assembly equipment
- Document all repairs and preventative maintenance activities to comply with TS/ISO requirements
- Maintain clean work area
- All other related duties as assigned
