About this role

Job Title: HRIS Analyst Job Description Support the integration and consolidation of HR, payroll, and compensation data following organizational acquisitions. Configure, maintain, and optimize ADP systems to support compensation, payroll, and HR processes. Assist with the implementation and enhancement of ADP modules and related HR technologies. Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to identify process improvements and system efficiencies. Lead efforts to digitize and automate compensation-related processes and workflows. Create and maintain compensation structures, salary ranges, incentive programs, and job classifications within HRIS platforms. Validate data accuracy and integrity during system conversions, implementations, and acquisitions. Troubleshoot HRIS, payroll, and compensation system issues, identifying root causes and implementing solutions. Develop system reports, dashboards, and analytics related to compensation and workforce data. Support payroll processing, testing, audits, and compliance initiatives as needed. Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), system upgrades, and process documentation. Provide end-user support and training regarding HRIS and compensation system functionality. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and banking industry regulations related to compensation and payroll records. Responsibilities

Essential Skills

- 3+ years of HRIS, compensation, payroll, or HR technology experience.
- Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now, ADP Vantage, or other ADP platforms.
- Experience supporting HR system implementations, migrations, or acquisitions preferred.
- Strong understanding of compensation administration, salary structures, and payroll processes.
- Experience troubleshooting HRIS and payroll system issues.
- Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, formulas, and data analysis.
- Ability to manage large datasets and maintain data accuracy.
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of HR compliance, wage and hour regulations, and data governance best practices.

- Dashboard creation and audit experience.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Jacksonville, FL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $52.00 - $52.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
