The Women’s Health business plays a strategic role in expanding access to healthcare solutions and strengthening our presence in the local market. The area focuses on portfolio growth, lifecycle management, customer engagement and the development of strategies that create value for patients, healthcare professionals and business partners. Working in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, the team aims to increase market relevance, support sustainable growth and identify new opportunities in a dynamic healthcare environment.
YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO:
Lead the local brand strategy for Women’s Health, translating business priorities into integrated market activation plans. In this role, you will partner closely with commercial, medical and cross-functional teams to strengthen brand performance, expand market presence and identify opportunities for sustainable growth, while balancing short-, medium- and long-term priorities and anticipating customer and patient needs.
- Develop and implement integrated market and brand plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer needs, and lifecycle priorities.
- Drive the development and execution of market campaigns and activation initiatives that support brand strategy and strengthen visibility across channels.
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, competitive dynamics, and product performance to identify opportunities for positioning, growth, and continuous optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Medical, Regulatory, Market Access, Strategy, Research and Development, and enabling functions, to define priorities and ensure alignment in execution.
- Manage brand and product lifecycle activities from concept to launch, including pricing, promotion, distribution strategy, and performance monitoring.
- Challenge and partner with local, regional, and global teams to evaluate new indications and business opportunities that support patients and long-term sustainability in the country/region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with opinion leaders, medical societies, HMOs, key institutions, public and private clients, distributors, payers, and other business partners.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across channels and materials, strengthening brand equity, customer loyalty, and Bayer’s positioning as a differentiated player.
ARE YOU READY FOR THE POSITION?
We are looking for a professional with solid marketing experience, strong analytical capability, and the ability to lead brand strategy in a complex, cross-functional environment. The ideal candidate combines business ownership, customer orientation, digital mindset, and learning agility to advance initiatives that create value for patients, healthcare professionals, payers, and business partners.
Must-haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
- Marketing experience, preferably with brand management and/or successful product launches.
- Fluent Portuguese and fluent English.
- Strong knowledge of marketing and sales concepts, with the ability to translate insights into business and activation plans.
- Strong leadership mindset, with clarity of vision, collaboration, accountability and customer focus.
- Digital and analytical skills, including comfort using data-driven insights to monitor performance and optimize marketing efforts.
- High learning agility and ability to advance priorities in a dynamic environment.
Preferred qualifications:
- Postgraduate degree or MBA.
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of primary market research, competitive intelligence, and market forecasting.
- Experience with women’s health brands, RX or OTC.
