As an Outbound Fulfillment Associate, you will become an expert in process as you manage the picking, packing, quality checking, and shipping of our online jewelry orders. To succeed in this role, you must have strong attention to detail and a passion for organization—ensuring every order is completed with accuracy, care, and exceptional workmanship.

In this fast‑paced, multi‑functional role, you will experience many facets of our Jewelry E‑Commerce Platform, working closely with teammates across Manufacturing, Logistics, Production, Quality Control, and Supply Chain

Responsibilities:

- Acquire complete knowledge of all outbound processes and operations, with the ability to work effectively with current and new staff
- Pick merchandise accurately based on order requirements
- Pack and prepare jewelry orders for delivery following all quality and presentation standards
- Perform quality checks to confirm accuracy, completeness, and product integrity prior to shipping
- Support the department manager with daily operational needs and general administrative tasks
- Assist the team in processing shipping documentation and preparing carrier pickups
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:

- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of experience in fulfillment, warehouse, or e‑commerce operations
- Basic computer skills
- Experience with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)
- Ability to stand or walk for up to eight hours per day

Benefits

This is a seasonal position supporting our Fulfillment Team. The position is full-time hours with strong overtime availability from November-December, and expected overtime potential across October, January and February. Base pay range: $17.50 - $18.50 per hour. Final pay rate shall be determined and is based on experience and qualifications. At this time, Blue Nile will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.
