Location: Brooklyn, NY (Williamsburg / Bushwick Area)
Position Type: Full-Time / Temporary-to-Hire
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00 / hour
About the Role
PrideStaff is seeking reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to join a fast-paced packaging and distribution facility in Brooklyn. In this role, you will play a key part in the final packaging stage of high-volume packaged consumer goods, ensuring products are safely organized, boxed, and prepared for distribution.

Key Responsibilities
Hand-pack finished product containers into designated shipping boxes and cartons according to order specifications.
Inspect packaged goods for seal integrity, proper labeling, and visual quality before final packing.
Assemble, fold, and prep cardboard shipping boxes and display cases.
Stack, bundle, and organize packed boxes onto pallets for staging and transport.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA and facility safety standards.
Perform basic inventory counting and assist team leads with general facility support as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, bend, stretch, and perform repetitive hand/arm motions for the duration of an 8-hour shift.
Lifting Ability: Comfortable lifting and moving items weighing up to 25–30 lbs consistently.
Punctuality & Reliability: Strong attendance record and ability to arrive on time for a 7:00 AM shift start.
Work Authorization: Must be legally eligible to work in the United States and consent to standard pre-employment background screening.
Language: Basic English communication skills to follow written/verbal safety and operational instructions.
