Route: San Diego, Lemon Grove, National City & surrounding areas
Pay: $25.00++ per hour

Pro-MotionPix is hiring a dependable Automotive Field Technician to support automotive dealerships throughout the San Diego area. This is a hands-on, field-based position where you'll travel between dealerships, work with vehicles, and help keep online inventory accurate and up to date.
Your day will include locating vehicles and keys, moving vehicles when needed, communicating with dealership staff, and using a company-issued iPhone to capture vehicle photos, 360° spins, and videos.
No professional photography experience is required. We provide paid training and teach you our process. This is not a creative or studio photography job—it's a structured position focused on efficiency, consistency, accuracy, and completing your daily route.
What You'll Do
• Travel between assigned dealership locations using your own reliable vehicle
• Locate vehicles, keys, and dealership contacts
• Move and stage vehicles in designated areas when needed
• Capture vehicle photos, videos, and 360° spins using a company-issued iPhone and app
• Communicate with dealership staff about missing vehicles, keys, or inventory questions
• Complete daily routes efficiently while maintaining quality standards
• Walk dealership lots and work outdoors throughout the day
• Follow company procedures for consistent, accurate results
• Represent Pro-MotionPix professionally at each dealership

Who We're Looking For
Our team members come from a variety of hands-on backgrounds, including:
• Automotive: detailers, porters, lot attendants, inventory specialists, lube technicians
• Warehouse: material handling, inventory, loading/unloading
• Construction & skilled trades
• Landscaping & outdoor work
• Delivery & route-based positions
• Maintenance, moving, and other physically active jobs

We're looking for someone who:
• Has a strong work ethic and dependable work history
• Can work independently with minimal supervision
• Is comfortable staying active and working outdoors in changing weather conditions
• Communicates well with customers and dealership staff
• Can problem-solve and adapt throughout the day
• Is organized and able to manage a daily route
• Takes pride in accurate, consistent, quality work
• Is comfortable using smartphones and mobile apps

Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of consistent work history preferred
• Experience in automotive, warehouse, construction, landscaping, delivery, or similar hands-on work preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
• Ability to perform physical tasks and walk dealership lots throughout the day
• Comfortable working outdoors
• Comfortable using smartphones and mobile applications
• Manual transmission experience is a plus, but not required
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

Compensation & Benefits
