Open Arms Solutions is hiring experienced Live-In Caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, and DSPs to provide compassionate, dependable senior home care in Homer Glen, Lemont, and surrounding areas .

What Youll Do
- Provide hands-on personal care and assistance with ADLs
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Support safe mobility, transfers, and positioning
- Prepare meals and assist with hydration
- Provide companionship and safety supervision
- Provide medication reminders
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry related to the client
- Observe and report changes in the clients condition
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment
Live-In Caregiver Requirements
- 18+ years old with at least 1 year of professional caregiving experience
- Experience in home care, senior care, private duty, CNA, HHA, DSP, assisted living, or a similar setting
- Previous live-in or extended-shift caregiving experience preferred
- Comfortable providing care and companionship in a clients home
- Dependable, responsible, and comfortable working independently
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to complete required background screenings
Live-In Schedule
- Live-in assignments
- Extended caregiving coverage based on client needs
- Weekday and weekend opportunities may be available
- Ongoing assignments may be available depending on client needs, location, and caregiver availability
