Senior Manager, Content Operations and Enablement
The Coca-Cola Company is evolving into a more digital first, data‑driven enterprise to fuel sustainable growth, increase speed to market, and unlock new sources of value. Rapid advances in technology, data, and AI create a unique opportunity to accelerate the KO system’s next chapter of growth by reimagining our core competitive advantages. Building on a strong foundation of modernized infrastructure, global digital experiences, early data capabilities, and proven use cases, we are now shifting from early wins to scaled, end‑to‑end impact on growth, productivity, and efficiency.
This next phase moves us from an analog world to a fully digitized one, powered by a digital growth engine that embeds data, technology, and AI into our most critical business domains. Success will require more than technology implementation, it demands a strategic transformation of core capabilities, a domain based, product‑centric operating model, and a cultural shift toward experimentation, data and technology fluency, and seamless partnership between business and digital teams.
Role Overview
The Senior Manager, Content Operations and Enablement plays a critical role in driving the adoption, operational excellence and continuous evolution of Coca‑Cola’s Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform as a foundational capability within the Company’s global Content Supply Chain and Marketing ecosystem. Serving as a strategic connector between brand teams, markets, creative operations, content production and technology teams, this role ensures digital assets are organized, accessible, compliant and optimized for activation at scale. Operating within a product-centric digital environment, the role drives DAM adoption and operational effectiveness across global and local marketing groups. The position partners closely with marketing and product teams to ensure content is uploaded accurately and efficiently, workflows are streamlined and users are enabled to fully leverage platform capabilities as part of daily operations. The role also leads user engagement and enablement efforts, helping stakeholders understand best practices and maximize the value delivered by the DAM platform.
A core focus of the role is metadata governance and taxonomy alignment across connected MarTech and enterprise platforms to improve discoverability, reporting, workflow efficiency and speed to market. The ideal candidate brings experience in DAM platforms, content operations, stakeholder management and data governance, with the ability to design scalable solutions that support Coca-Cola’s broader digital transformation and content activation priorities.

- Align metadata standards and data models across integrated MarTech and enterprise systems to enable interoperability and seamless content workflows
- Collaborate with product management, technology teams and content operations to streamline upload, tagging and distribution processes for efficiency and scale
- Track and prioritize platform enhancements and related workflows based on user feedback, business needs and emerging technology trends
