Local Transport Driver – Class A

We're hiring experienced Class A CDL drivers for a local driving opportunity offering daily home time, consistent freight, and a variety of additional pay opportunities.

This position is primarily no-touch freight, allowing drivers to focus on driving while returning home at the end of their shift.

With onsite management, paid orientation, and an established freight operation, this is an opportunity for drivers looking for a local position with competitive compensation.

PAY & EARNINGS

- Average annualized earnings: Approximately $84,000
- Sign-on bonus available for a limited time
- Additional compensation for qualifying stops, detention, drop-and-hook, and other applicable activities
- Holiday pay and paid training opportunities

Drivers in this position over the past 6–12 months have averaged annualized earnings of approximately $84,000.

Actual earnings vary based on miles, assigned work, applicable additional pay, and other compensation factors. Average earnings are not guaranteed.

While most freight is no-touch, some assignments may require driver assistance or loading and unloading.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Drivers are responsible for safely operating Class A tractor-trailers, completing assigned freight movements, and following established transportation and safety procedures.

Daily responsibilities may include completing required equipment inspections, maintaining accurate driver documentation, communicating with dispatch, and completing scheduled pickups and deliveries.

DRIVER QUALIFICATIONS

Applicants must:

- Hold a valid Class A CDL
- 3 months Class A experience required
- Meet applicable DOT qualification requirements
- Meet company driving and hiring standards
- Be able to safely perform the duties associated with assigned freight
