Class A Driver – Multi-State Delivery Routes | Home Frequently

Dedicated Freight | Frequent Home Time | Regional Routes

We're seeking experienced Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated store-delivery account operating out of the Front Royal, Virginia area.

This position offers consistent freight, frequent opportunities to return home throughout the week, and additional compensation for unloading and completed loads.

Drivers typically return home 3–4 times per week while operating established delivery routes throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.

THE DRIVING ROUTINE

This account operates within approximately 700 miles of Front Royal, VA, with deliveries throughout Virginia, North Carolina, Washington, DC, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Ohio, and West Virginia.

Drivers can expect:

- Approximately 1,500 miles per week
- Home 3–4 times weekly, typically every other day for a 10-hour break
- A minimum of 3 loads per week
- Approximately 1–6 delivery stops per trailer
- Consistent, year-round dedicated freight

Schedules vary based on assigned routes and delivery requirements. Drivers must be available for nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.

FREIGHT HANDLING

This is a 100% touch-freight account involving live unloading at store locations.

Drivers are responsible for safely unloading assigned freight and completing deliveries according to account procedures.

Applicants should be comfortable with the physical demands of a driver-unload position and prepared to handle multiple store deliveries throughout their workweek.

EARNINGS & ADDITIONAL PAY

Average weekly earnings start at approximately $1,300, with opportunities to earn additional compensation based on assigned work and performance.

- Mileage pay: $0.60–$0.73 CPM, based on experience
- $250 per full trailer unload
- $125 weekly bonus for completing 3 or more loads
- $35 per backhaul
- Sign-on bonus available
- Weekly pay via direct deposit

Actual earnings may vary depending on miles, completed loads, unloading activity, schedule, and other applicable compensation factors.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

To be considered, applicants must:

- Hold a valid Class A CDL
- Have at least 3 months of recent Class A tractor-trailer experience
- Meet applicable DOT qualification and hiring requirements
- Be able to safely perform the physical duties associated with unloading freight
- Be available to work assigned routes, including nights, weekends, and holidays
