Senior Fullstack Engineer (#133115)
We are seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer based in LATAM to architect, build, and maintain scalable full-stack solutions that support critical business operations. This role combines software engineering, modern data platforms, workflow automation, and cloud technologies to create operational applications that connect business users, data insights, and automated execution.
The engineer will be responsible for developing backend services, frontend applications, workflow orchestration capabilities, and system integrations. The ideal candidate will have strong architectural thinking, hands-on development experience, and the ability to mentor peers while driving technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop end-to-end full-stack applications.
- Build scalable backend APIs and microservices.
- Develop modern frontend applications using React and TypeScript.
- Create operational self-service applications for business users.
- Design workflow automation and cross-platform system integrations.
- Transform traditional reporting and analytics solutions into automated operational workflows.
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and engineering best practices.
- Mentor team members and contribute to coding standards.
Required Technical Skills
- 5+ years of software development experience with Java or Python .
- 5+ years of backend API development experience.
- Strong experience with:
REST APIs
- GraphQL
- RPC
- JSON
- 5+ years working with databases such as:
MySQL
- PostgreSQL
- MongoDB
- 4+ years building frontend applications using:
React
- TypeScript
- Strong proficiency in:
HTML
- CSS
- JavaScript (ES6+)
- Experience working in cloud environments, preferably AWS .
- Experience leading code reviews and contributing to architectural decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline.
Nice to Have
- Billing platform or payment solutions experience.
- Service-oriented and event-driven architectures.
- Messaging platforms:
Kafka
- SQS
- RabbitMQ
- GraphQL frontend integration (Apollo Client or similar).
- Component-based design systems.
- Jest and React Testing Library.
- Frontend build tools such as Webpack or Vite.
- WCAG accessibility standards.
- Experience with large-scale distributed systems, scalability, replication, and redundancy patterns.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
