Job Description
Technical Lead (#136105)
We are seeking a Technical Lead based in LATAM to support Hiring Events , a live, high-traffic production platform. This role is heavily focused on production support, incident management, system reliability, technical leadership, and maintaining business-critical event operations. The ideal candidate will be comfortable troubleshooting complex production issues, working directly with client-facing teams, and leading engineering efforts across multiple concurrent initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues impacting live hiring events.
- Partner closely with Client Support and GTM teams to triage and address support tickets.
- Ensure timely resolution of incidents and SLA adherence.
- Monitor production environments and respond to alerts, outages, and performance degradation.
- Support architecture changes and system integrations.
- Maintain and update business event logic as upstream systems evolve.
- Drive technical investigations using data and system metrics.
- Lead engineering efforts and provide guidance to other team members.
Required Technical Skills
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong backend development experience with:
Java
- Spring Boot
- Python
- Django
- Frontend development experience with:
React
- Experience with:
Kafka
- GraphQL
- SQL and/or MongoDB
- Build and deployment experience.
- Experience with at least one of:
Dagster
- Data Lakes
- Amazon Athena
- Strong production support and troubleshooting experience.
- Ability to use data to diagnose and resolve system issues.
- Experience working independently and owning deliverables end-to-end.
