Position Overview

Premier Electric is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead residential electrical projects in the Naples, Florida area. This position supports high-end custom home construction and is ideal for a hands-on leader who can manage crews, maintain quality standards, and keep projects moving safely and efficiently.

What You’ll Do

- Lead and coordinate electricians on residential job sites

- Plan daily work activities and ensure project milestones are met

- Read and interpret plans, specifications, and electrical drawings

- Coordinate with project managers, builders, and other trades

- Ensure quality workmanship and compliance with electrical codes

- Train and mentor electricians and apprentices

- Maintain a safe and organized work environment

- Assist with troubleshooting and complex installations as neede

Qualifications

- 5+ years of residential electrical experience

- Previous foreman, lead electrician, or crew leadership experience preferred

- Experience with custom and high-end residential projects strongly preferred

- Strong understanding of residential electrical systems and code requirements

- Ability to read plans and coordinate work activities

- Strong communication and leadership skills

- Valid driver's license

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
