Position Overview

Premier Electric is growing and looking for experienced Residential Electricians to join our team in the Naples, Florida area. If you take pride in high-quality workmanship, enjoy working on high-end custom homes, and want to be part of a company with a steady pipeline of projects, we'd like to hear from you.

We're seeking electricians with at least 5 years of experience performing residential electrical work. Experience working on custom and high-end homes is strongly preferred.

What You’ll Do

- Install, maintain, and repair residential electrical systems

- Perform rough-in and finish electrical work for custom homes

- Install lighting, switches, receptacles, panels, and related electrical components

- Read and interpret blueprints and electrical drawings

- Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform repairs as needed

- Ensure all work meets applicable codes, standards, and safety requirements

- Collaborate with project teams to deliver high-quality work on schedule

Qualifications

- 5+ years of residential electrical experience

- Strong knowledge of residential wiring methods and electrical systems

- Ability to read blueprints and construction documents

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

- Ability to work safely and professionally on active construction sites

- High-end residential experience preferred

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required; English-speaking preferred; Spanish-only candidates with strong experience will also be considered
